T- / T- AT14 series turbocharger features:

T- AT14 turbocharger cartridge is composed by rotor complete and bearing complete, and has the design features as following.

  • T- / T- AT14 turbochargers is radial type of turbocharger
  • T- AT14 turbocharger compressor is capable of achieving a maximum pressure ratio of 5.0.
  • T- AT14 turbochargers applied in diesel engine and its output can cover approx. 320-750 kW.
  • T- AT14 turbocharger was designed especially emphasize compressor, turbine and bearing in order to enhance reliability and durability.
  • T- AT14 turbochargers can reach almost 8,000 hours long running time without any problem and the condition of its bearings are good for such long operating hours.

The above T-AT14 Turbocharger's cross-sectional drawing shows that the T-AT14 turbocharger is consisted of the turbine and compressor, and the thrust bearing and two journal bearings which make the axial and radial forces respectively becoming possible. From static section view, T-AT14 turbocharger consists of the coprssor housing, bearing housing and turbine housing.

Distance between two journal bearings is approx. 60mm;

The rotor length is about 300mm;

The diameter of turbine inlet is around D140mm;

The diameter for compressor outlet is also about D140mm.
