Napier 297 Compressor Impeller belongs to Napier 7 Series turbochargers, which was developed in 1998 and it is highly regarded by two key features that: outstanding perforce design and minimum cost to end-user.

  • Engine power output: 1 to 7.5 MW per turbocharger;
  • Compressor efficiency: up to 84%;
  • Adopted the latest water-wasing techniques;
  • Semi-floating journal bearing, lower wear and tear when operation;
  • Without leakage at very low engine loads;
  • Suitable for heavy fuel oil (HFO), diesel oil, fuel and gas operation;
  • Easy to install；
  • widely used in marine, power plant and rail traction applications．​
