Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is the heart of the operation of the equipment. The system must be kept clean. It is recommended to replace the filter element regularly.

Repair and maintenance of hydraulic station:

1. Frequently monitor the failure status of the hydraulic system, especially the working pressure and the operating speed of the actuator.

2. Before starting the hydraulic system, check whether the solenoid valve and all movement prices are in the original state and whether the oil level in the fuel tank is normal.

3. The operator is not allowed to damage the interlocking device of the electrical system and is not allowed to push the electric control valve by hand.

4. When the hydraulic system fails, it should be reported to the maintenance department or system manufacturer immediately to analyze the cause of the failure and eliminate it as soon as possible.

5. Hydraulic equipment should always be kept clean to prevent various pollutants from entering the tank.

6. In the normal cycle, generally replaced once every two years or when the machine is shut down for major repairs, all seals must be replaced with new ones. The hydraulic cylinder is cleaned every other year, and the oil tank is generally cleaned once every six months. The oil circuit board, hoses, and detachable pipes should be removed and cleaned.
