Florescence inflatable rubber airbag is a kind of innovative product with our own intellectual property.It has been widely used in the ship launching and landing,the caissons lifting movement, the removal of other heavy objects, underwater installation work buoyancy aid and other areas. Marine airbag applications are not affected by site constraints, and don't need large-scale machinery and equipment,so that to shorten the project cycle and save a lot of money. Advantages of Florescence inflatable rubber airbag

Optimized structural layout

The principle for optimizing the structural layout is to determine the size and orientation of the major stress in the working process, and then adjust the angle of the cord yarn at each layer to equalize the stressing onto each later more or less in order to give a full play to the efficiency of the fortifying fiber. For this purpose .we have established the strength model for the inflating rubber airbag and also tested the compressive property. We also studied the variation law of the size and orientation of the major stress on the bag wall and found out the best cord yarn layout. The new design has been proved very successful through bursting test and in-service use.

Durable aging resistance and anti-wear characteristic

The marine airbag works in very harsh environment where it is exposed to the sunlight, seawater, grits and pollutants. So the surface of the airbag must be wear resistant, sea water and chemical resistant and anti-aging. With its substrate made of natural rubber and auxiliary materials, Florescence marine rubber airbag with the high carrying capacity is proved to be of durable aging resistance and wearing quality.
