Full- auto N95 mask machine refers to a series of mask machines that use N95 non-woven fabric materials as raw materials and can produce N95 masks. N95 mask refers to the mask with filtration efficiency up to 95% standard, which is divided into two categories: industrial dustproof mask and medical mask. Difference between N95 industrial mask and N95 medical mask: N95 is a test of protection level. The penetration test is the same for both industrial and medical masks. The main difference between the two masks is that the medical mask has a splash - proof layer. N95 mask body machine: also known as mask slicing machine, it is used for automatic production of multi-layer planar mask finished products. It can use 1~4 layers of N95PP spun-bonded non-woven activated carbon and filtering materials. The whole machine can be inserted from raw materials to nose line, sealing and cutting finished products are all one line automatic operation.
