1 . Description

Silicon nitride is the raw material for the preparation of pneumatic sintered structural parts ceramics, which includes mixing, pressing, cold isostatic pressing, sintering and post-processing steps, the preparation method steps are simple, convenient and easy, the preparation process is stable, the production efficiency is high, the structural parts ceramics prepared by this method have large hardness, high strength, and have high temperature resistance, high voltage impact resistance and bending resistance.

2 . Advantages

1) The sintering temperature of the silicon nitride blank is about 1700 degrees. Silicon nitride sintering is generally three methods, reaction sintering, pressure-free sintering and pressure sintering. From the perspective of ceramic evaluation, the quality of the three methods increases sequentially.
2) Silicon nitride finishing cost is high. Since the silicon nitride hardness is too high, it needs to be processed with diamond abrasives, and if special shape processing is required, special equipment is required.
