1. Descriptions

Twin screw extruder replacement parts in segment design wear-resistant material
Screw kneading block built on modular principle allows various L/D ratio of screw easily be changed to suit different material.
Screw component made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 (it's a kind of high-speed too-steel), the hardness of screw elements is HRC58-62, and able to be changed according to process requirements.

100% internal spline is checked with a spline plug gauge to ensure the interchangeability of components.

All of our twin screw extruder elements are finished by CNC grinding after heat treatment. The surface roughness of this series is less than Ra0.8, which completely eliminates the influence of heat treatment deformation on the quality of components.
