Mostly Used For Power Lines Hot Dip Galvanized Hexagon Nut
Ordinary hexagonal nuts are enlarged by thread (usually 50--80um) and then treated by hot-dip galvanizing to become hot-dip galvanized nuts. Power line hardware generally uses hot-dip galvanized nuts with strength grades of 4, 6, and 8 according to specific engineering projects. Hot-dip galvanized nuts are generally made of Q235B, 35K, 45#, 35CrMo, etc. Different grades of products are selected according to project requirements. Generally, high-grade nut products such as 35K, 45#, 35CrMo are preferred for UHV lines.
