Part Name: Proper Displacement Injection Molding Five Star Motor


Especially used in petroleum and coal mining, plastic machinery

Can also be used in Hydraulic transmission of mining, construction, engineering machinery, lifting and transportation equipment, metallurgy, marine machinery, geological drilling and other machinery.

NIM series low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motors adopt star-shaped arrangement of plunger and crank connecting rod mechanism to convert hydraulic energy into rotating mechanical energy with the help of oil distribution machinery. They have various advantages such as low noise, large starting torque, low speed stability, high efficiency, long life, variable speed range, compacted structure and other characteristics. Can be applied in sol motor of injection molding machine, 5-star oil motor of mine, marine hydraulic motor.

Main features:
1. This series of hydraulic motors is designed as a static pressure balance structure between connecting rod and crankshaft motion, can get good lubrication during friction.
2. As the decrease of heat and friction loss, mechanical and starting efficiency of the motor are improved, which increases the working pressure.
3. The crankshaft of this series adopts split structure, which improves the service life of the crankshaft.
4. The key components of this series are made of special materials and heat treatment process, which effectively improves the service life of the motors.
