Description:

Our company produces different kinds of powder metallurgy products. These powder metallurgy products

Sintered parts

Material: MPIF FC-0205 or FC-0208 from GKN

Density: Not less than 6.8g/cm3

Hardness: 60-100 HB

Steam treatment: 2H high temp steam holding time

Thickness of Fe3O4: 0.004-0.005mm

Die tooling design and making in house

Ultrasonic clearing and auto de-burring
