Phase Change Material (PCM) Pack products provide precise temperature control for thermal packaging solutions. These Phase Change Material products store thermal energy as latent heat to provide temperature control for long durations during shipping and storage of biological, pharmaceutical, medicinal, and life science products.

How does PCM(Phase Change Material) control temperature?

PCM stores thermal energy as a combination of sensible and latent heat. During the process of phase change between solid to liquid or liquid to solid, thermal energy is absorbed or released. The temperature at phase change remains constant. This phenomenon provides Phase Change Materials the unique capability to control the temperature at its phase change temperature. The duration of temperature control is directly dependent on the volumetric latent heat.

A: Yes, we provide complete OEM and ODM service, adding customers’ LOGO on the product. Normally we suggest you to choose our already molded box for small QNTY order. Of course we can build new mold for you if you have your own special design request , the cost will depends on the size and quantity.

3.CAN I GET SAMPLES?
Most of our ready samples are free. e.g., ice pack and small cooler. In case any customized designs, we may charge our basic costs for the toolings, and it is refundable when order confirmed.

4. Q: Is trial order acceptable?

A: Yes,we welcome your trial order with much lower MOQ to start our first cooperation.
