OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Correct posture and precautions ( before the measurement ,

please rest for at least 15 minutes and maintain a relaxed and quiet state ).
Correct posture:
Measurement of blood pressure
Both the left arm and the right arm can be measured.
Go to the toilet in advance.
Please perform the measurement in a room with a suitable temperature.

Scope of application : used to measure human blood pressure and pulse
1. Take off thick clothes such as sweaters for measurement.
2. Take measurement with bare arms of just wearing tights.
3. Keep the center of the armband at the same height as the heart.
4. The ideal height difference between the table and chair is 25 cm - 30 cm.

The height difference between the table and chair in the family is generally 20 cm - 35 cm.

Step 1:
Sit and relax
Step 2:
Place the armband on the left arm ( 2 - 3 cm above the elbow joint ),

close to the skin and wrap the air tube in the middle ( middle finger extension line ).
Step 3:
After the cuff is rolled , a finger should be freely inserted between the cuff and the arm.
Step 4:
The middle of the armband must be at the same level as the heart.
Step 5:
You can put your hands on your thighs and relax your palms upwards naturally.

Incorrect posture:
1. Sit cross-legged when measuring.
2. Bend down ( leaning forward )
3. Sitting on a sofa or a low table causes the body to bend

( because the negative pressure is generated or the

position of the arm is lower than the heart and the blood pressure ) ,

the ideal height difference between the table and the chair is 25 - 30 CM .

If necessary , put a soft cushion under the arm.
