Extension tendon dynamic thermoplastic splint for finger exercise occupation therapy
Dynamic finger splint can be used for a variety of finger pains, such as stenotic tenosynovitis, stiffness or spasm, to provide you with all-round protection.
Steel bracket provides excellent support for stiff fingers, effectively protects fingers, promotes healing, reduces pain and discomfort.The five-finger finger sets are equipped with tension springs to facilitate exercise and speed up finger recovery.

Maidfirm low temperature thermoplastic material is a special synthetic polymer polyester (PCL), which is processed by a series of physical and chemical methods.

It is in a stable state when in drying space with room temperature.Temperature at 65℃-70℃, the material will soften, can be stretched and shaped on patient directly, and revert to type of rigidity feature at normal temperature.

Light weight, good plasticity, x-ray translucent, latex free, non-toxic, non-irritating to skin, antimicrobial and environment friendly with self-degradation.

Maidfirm can offer you a suitable and good quality of thermoplastic to make any kind of splints like static splints, dynamic splints for upper limb and lower limb, body orthostics ,post-operative splints and any brace of orthoses, ect.

Operation:
Heat it in hot water at temperature 65℃-70 ℃ about 2 minutes ( different thickness in different heating time) , when it soften, take it out from water and use clean cloth to dry it. Meanwhile material temperature drops and feel it not to hot, then can directly mold on patien. After mold well and hold it in same position until material getting cool and rigidity, take out the molded material to cut well by scissors and smooth the edge to avoid hurt patien. Or using padding strip to wrap the edge. After that, put it back to patien and immoblizate it by hook and loop. In case need to adjust,

it can be partially adjusted by heat gun.

A. We would like to send you small size of samples to you for testing, you just handle well freight cost that is fine. We accept prepay freight cost and freight collect. We will advise you.

4. How to heat material?

A.: Heating method- water heat or dry heat. Same as other famous brands of thermoplastic like Orfit,Aquaplast and Klarity, same heating method. Normally we use water bath to heat thermoplastic at most.

5. Do you have video to teach us how to fabricture with your thermoplastic splinting material?

A: Sure, we would like to do it.

6. What thickness you can offer?
