UV adhesive resin(Aliphatic polyurethane acrylate)SNK-8204D

Product Description

Used for bonding glass and metals, applicable for bonding between glass and between glass and aluminum alloys. It is also used in flexographic printing plate making, LCD display bonding, UV water glue, nail polish, feel paints, potting compounds, and PET adhesion.

Typical performance characteristics:

1:Adhesive for glass/metal bonding,Low odor,Strong adhesive strength,Good elasticity,Excellent resistance to yellowing,Tear resistance.

2:Specifications:Number of functional groups: 2,Curing energy: 500-1000mJ/cm²,Soluble in ketones, esters, and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.

3:Processes: Adhesive application, silk-screen printing, roller coating, spray coating, etc.Soluble in conventional UV monomers, resins, etc.

4:Resistant to 250°C for 2 hours for temporary high-temperature fixing, excellent flexibility, yellowing resistance, strong adhesion

5: Can be used in other formulations to improve adhesion.
