Energy Saving Medium Frequency Melting Furnace with Advanced Safety System is widely applied in the world. one power supply can one furnace, it can connects two furnaces cabinet as well , its serial-connected resonant design is capable of making a wide range of loads match and provides continuous operation with stability.

The resonant design with dual output power enables stepless adjustment between the two furnaces. It makes the operation flexible so that no additional switching device is necessary to switch the two furnaces. Moreover, the rectifier part adopts open design to enhance the power factor and reduce high harmonics.

Power from a single power cabinet can be distributed synchronously to two smelting furnaces as desired. One of the furnaces is used for melting while the other is used for insulation synchronously. This achieves a continuous supply of molten iron for the pouring line.

A single power cabinet with two furnaces can make the raw material get molten simultaneously, so this can not only achieve casting process of large parts but also achieve casting process wtith any tons .
