Thyristor KGPS Induction Furnace with triple voltage is packed with many advantages, such as: fast melting, energy-saving and low power consumption; increase load voltage to 2400V-2600V, resulting to low load loss; mature technology, stable and reliable performance with low failure rate; simple and convenient maintenance, and low maintenance cost; easy operation, and no difference in operation from ordinary thyristor equipment.

The KGPS bias voltage technology is a type of energy-saving power supply, which increases load voltage to triple compared to other furnaces without increasing the input voltage, leading to lower load loss, as well as reduced electricity consumption. This effectively improved efficiency in the overall machine, while enhancing the melting speed due to its constant power. As for medium frequency melting furnace, a three-phase bridge and fully controlled rectifier circuit convert alternate current into direct current, then with a single-phase inverter bridge, direct current is transformed into a single-phase medium frequency current with a set frequency.

The control system is all digital with calculation and processing of various signals and execution of all actions taking place automatically, according to the program.
