Medium frequency melting furnace uses a three-phase bridge fully controlled rectifier circuit to convert alternating current into direct current, then a single-phase inverter bridge is utilized to invert the direct current to a single-phase medium frequency current at a frequency of 1000 to 8000Hz. The control system of the medium frequency power supply is fully digital, so various signals and actions are calculated and processed automatically. It also avoids common equipment failures caused by the poor contact of relay contacts.
