This furnace consists of four main parts: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke, insulation material, induction coil. Two sets of these furnaces can run simultaneously with one single power supply cabinet, allowing for continuous molten iron in the casting process.

The silicon steel sheet used in the magnetic yoke is oriented, and the size is enlarged to allow for thinner sheets. This brings lower eddy current loss, generating less heat and reducing power consumption. W-shaped structure is applied to further reduce power consumption, and eliminates the use of water, saving on water pipeline quantity and increasing output.
