Under the effort of our technical department dedicating to technological innovation, research and development, we have developed an leading induction furnace for melting with a steel shell structure, it is called steel sheel melting furnace.Two or multiple steel shell furnaces can be powered by one set of power supply cabinet at the same time, one furnace for melting and the other for holding the temperature of the molten metal, ensuring a continuous process in the casting process.

The entire machine consists of four main parts: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke, insulation material, induction coil. Oriented silicon steel sheet is applied and the size of the magnetic yoke is enlarged, the thinner silicon steel sheet is, the more expensive it is and the less eddy current it produces, therefore loss is lower and less heat is generated. Furthermore, a special W-shaped structure is applied which completely eliminates the need for water cooling, helping to reduce power consumption and water pipeline quantity.

Volume of hydraulic type steel shell furnace is much larger than that of reducer type steel shell furnace.Material of non-water magnetic yoke itself is very good and heat to be generated is very low.Because heat generated by magnetic yoke is little, water is not required to cool it down, heat can be quickly radiated out on its own, so this can reduce water consumption and reduce running cost. Insulation board trip is provided for it to prevent screws of induction coil from arcing with the outside space, ensuring equipment can operate more safely and stably.
