China transistor medium frequency induction

Features:

1. Serial connection type medium frequency smelting system with one power cabinet and two furnaces is composed of a set of serial-connection resonant dual output power cabinet and two smelting furnaces. Output power can randomly be distributed in stepless form between the two furnace bodies, and the two furnace can be powered simultaneously, one is for insulation and the other is for smelting, other additional switching device is not needed any more for switching the two furnace.

2.Our serially-connected resonance design guarantees continuous and stable operation of the equipment and it has a wide load matching range. Rectifier part of power cabinet adopts fully open design, so power factor is high and high harmonics is low.

3. Higher utilization rate of transformer can help you save 15% of transformer capacity landline fee

Advantages:

1. Power from one set of power cabinet can be synchronously distributed to two smelting furnaces at your any random requirements, one furnace is for smelting, the other one is for insulation synchronously, achieving continuous supply of molten iron in pouring line

2. Smelting system with one power cabinet and two furnaces can make two furnaces melt raw material simultaneously, this can achieve large part casting process and it can also be applied in casting process with any small tonnage or large tonnage
