China Power supply saving type Medium Frequency Melting Furnace with first class quality has popular use in market, and we have our own patent mainly for energy saving, this system is designed two types, one type is one power supply with one cabinet and the other type is one power supply with two furnaces, and it is designed with a combination of serial-connection resonant dual output power supply. It has the special ability to allow the output power to be adjusted between the two furnaces in a continuous form without the additional of any switching device. In other words, both furnaces can be powered simultaneously, one is used for insulation and the other is for melting.

Maintaining a stable and continuous operation is the advantage of this serially-connected resonance system since it has a wide suitable load matching range. The rectifier for the power cabinet is designed a fully open design for high power factor, low high harmonics and higher transformer utilization rate, which will consequently save 15% of the transformer capacity llandline fee , this greatly reduce the production cost of casing process .

Features:

Power from one set of power cabinet can be distrubuted synchronously to two melting furnaces at your random requirements, one furnace is for melting and the other one for insulation, ensuring continuous supply of molten iron in pouring line, this system can be used in large part casting process as well as small and large tonnage casting process.
