Working Principle of induction melting furnace
It is an electric&magnet induction principle, electricity generate magnet and magnet generate electricity, resonance occurs between induction ring and capacity inside the power supply cabinet, then alternating current is generated under the action of resonance, then alternating current produces alternating magnetic field, alternating magnetic field makes electrons inside the metal material move in alternating direction, then electron eddy is produced, electron fiercely knock with each other, so heat is produced and heating temperature gradually increase inside the furnace until it reach the melting point of metal.
