We also provide Thyristor KGPS Induction Furnaces with triple voltage technology. KGPS bias voltage technology is a new energy-saving power supply. Load voltage could be increased three times with no input voltage increase; this results in great load loss decrease and thereby electricity consumption is lowered. Efficiency of the entire machine has been improved, leading to a remarkable increase in melting speed than that of the regular KGPS equipment under the same power.

We can further provide a remote smart control system upon request. Through the Ethernet communication unit, real-time melting data will be transmitted to melting management systems, improving the anti-interference performance of data transmission as well as providing reliable and accurate data for production and cost estimation.
