The two aluminum shell induction furnaces can be powered by a single power supply, one is used for temperature holding purposes, while the other one is for melting. The two furnaces can even melt raw material simultaneously.

The furnace mouth has been poured with the latest and most advanced pouring technology which adopts the combination of high-quality quartz sand, high-grade refractory cement and charred gemstones. After poured process, a vibrating rod is used to make the furnace mouth sturdy and durable.

This greatly strengthens the furnace mouth compared to the asbestos and insulation rings which are applied in the earlier years. Induction ring is firmly fixed in the aluminum shell furnace and this improves its safety and service-life.
