Working Principle of Induction Melting Furnace
Induction melting process adopts the application of electric&magnetic induction principle. Electricity generates a magnet and magnetism generates electricity,resonance is created between the induction ring and capacity in the power supply cabinet. This resonance then make an alternating current produced . The alternating current then creates an alternating magnetic field, causing electrons in the metal material to move in alternating directions. This produces electron eddies, and when electrons collide with each other ,heat is produced. This heat gradually increases within the furnace until it reaches the melting temperature of the metal.
