The working principle of an induction melting furnace is based on electricity and magnetism. A resonance occurs between the induction ring and the capacity inside the power supply cabinet, creating an alternating current. This alternating current produces an alternating magnetic field, which makes the electrons in the metal move in alternating directions. This, in turn, leads to the creation of an electron eddy which generates heat, gradually increasing the temperature inside the furnace until it reaches the melting point of the metal.
Power from one set of power cabinet can be synchronously distributed to two smelting furnaces at your any random requirements, one furnace is for smelting, the other one is for insulation synchronously, achieving continuous supply of molten iron in pouring line, both furnaces can also be applied for melting the metal raw material at the same time.
