Working principle of induction melting furnace is based on an electric and magnet induction principle. Electricity generates magnetism and magnetism in turn produces electricity. Resonance occurs between the induction ring and the capacity inside the power supply cabinet. This causes alternating current to be generated, which creates an alternating magnetic field. This causes the electrons inside the metal material to move in an alternating direction, creating an electron eddy. The electrons fiercely knock against each other, which produces heat and increase the temperature inside the furnace until it reaches the melting point of the metal.
Thyristor serial-connected resonant medium frequency induction melting furnace is provided with capacitor inside the power supply cabinet, and this capacitor is serially connected with the induction ring inside the furnace body.
