Disc filter in an essential device on UV ink pipe for delivering ink from ink bottle to print head, normally it is installed under the mainboard of print head and connect to 2^nd-grade ink box, print heads. Most of the particles shall be removed above the filtering screen, you just need dismantle the filter and rinse it when the filter is blocked, and then install it again, so it is very convenient and economical in production.

2. After it’s worked for a period of time, it caught a certain amount of substances when pressure differential increase, flow rate decrease, it is time to clear all the substance inside while rinse filter;
3. Be very carful not to deform or ruin precision filter element when it is clearing, or it can not meet the filtering demand;
