Road Construction 3-6mm Roll Construction Mesh Welding Machine​

1 The cross wire blanking device is divided into steel wire storage bin and blanking device.
2. cross wire is a pre cut straight steel wire. The servo driven wire holding plate will send the steel wire (one at a time) to the electrodes for welding. After a row of weft welding is completed, the warp will step into a grid, and at the same time, a weft will be dropped for welding. It will reciprocate several times in turn, and a finished mesh will be completed.
3. In this way, the automatic detection device can be set up when the screen is damaged, so that the detection rate can be greatly reduced.
4. Mature and stable blanking structure design ensures smooth blanking, sufficient storage in the blanking bin, and reduces the frequency of manual wire laying.
