1) Cross wires are pre-cut. The pre-cut wires are sent into the wire plucking section from storage area under the drive of motor. After inspection, wire catching plate can send wires (one piece once Time) on the position between electrodes to weld. After finishing one row of welding, the longitudinal wires step one grid and one piece of cross wire drops at the same time and then welding starts. After some times welding like this, one mesh will be finished.
2) This device is equipped with an inspecting device. If none of cross wires drops, the device will alarm automatically. After adjusting by worker, the machine will continue producing, which greatly decrease the damage of equipment and meshes.
3) Materials area is equipped the positioning device to store the wires with different lengths.
