The device is to feed the long wires. And it is also the necessary part in the whole line.

1. Long wires are pre-cut. The pre-cut wires are sent into the wire plucking section from storage area under the drive of motor. After inspection, wire catching plate can send wires (one piece once Time) on the position of the long wire feeding car. Then the long wire feeding car carrying the long wires go to the welding machine.
2. This device is equipped with an inspecting device. If none of long wires drops, the device will alarm automatically. After adjusting by worker, the machine will continue producing, which greatly decrease the damage of equipment and meshes.
3. Materials area is equipped the positioning device to store the wires with different lengths.

The resistance welding transformers of the equipment are all controlled by microcomputer, and the welding electronic control adopts the method of one-time welding group power transmission, that is, when welding the same row of transverse bars, the welding transformers work separately, which makes the welding more reliable, more stable, faster and more intelligent; the welding splash is small, which reduces the burn degree of the welding point and prevents the thermal deformation of the mesh.
2. The control cabinet is equipped with cooling device, which can bring a good working temperature to the whole control cabinet.
3. The welding resistance controller is customized by professional manufacturer.
