1. Cross wires are pre-cut. The pre-cut wires are sent into the wire plucking section from storage area under the drive of motor. After inspection, wire catching plate can send wires (one piece once Time) on the position of the long wire feeding car. Then the long wire feeding car carrying the long wires go to the welding machine.
2. This device is equipped with an inspecting device. If none of long wires drops, the device will alarm automatically. After adjusting by worker, the machine will continue producing, which greatly decrease the damage of equipment and meshes.
3. Materials area is equipped the positioning device to store the wires with different lengths.
Cross wire spacing can be designed freely in the operating interface, and the operation is very simple, which can meet a variety of mesh spacing changes for one mesh, and it can meet the different requirements of customers.
4. The device with the function of safety protection can avoid the troubles when machine is working or cause of wrong operation by worker.
