Mitsubishi​ PLC Automatic Fence Mesh Panel Welding Equipment For Galvanized Wire

Main Technology

Welding electrodes are made of pure copper (upper Φ20*120mm, lower 20*20*20mm), durable.
Main motor (5.5kw)&Helical gear reducer connect the main axis directly, big transmission torque.
Cast water-cooling transformers, high efficiency. Welding degree is adjusted by PLC.
SMC (Japan) air cylinders&pneumatic parts, machine working more stable.
Panasonic (Japan) servo motor&planetary reducer for pulling mesh, more precise.
Cable carrier is Igus brand, imported from Germany, the best one all over the world, not hung down.

Wire feeding way


The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.
The longitude wires are inserted into the slot tunnels manually.
The cross wire are put into the cross wire feeder, which is controlled by step motor & SMC (Japan) air cylinders, and automatic falling.
