Product Description

♦. PLC rebar construction mesh welding machine is used for fence 3-5mm, and it is an automatic equipment desiged and manufactured by ourselves absorbing advanced resistance welding technology from home and abroad.

♦. PLC rebar construction mesh welding uses electrical and electronic synchronous control technique, both welding time and fent-control welding is composed of digital and integrated electric circuit.

♦. The cross wire feeding is automatic and driven by step motor.

♦. The mesh pulling system is controlled by elastic tension link and mesh opening positioning device, which is easy to gerulate mesh hole and mesh opening size is rather accurate, welding aperture could adjust randomly with certain range.

♦. The welding power comes from the spring. It is easily to control the welding pressure, more over ten times than the traditional hopper.
