Ti single 0.25mm wire knitting mesh 431 type

Characteristic of Ti material in knitting mesh:

Titanium has metallic luster and ductility. The density is 4.5g/cm3. Melting point: 1660 ± 10 ℃. Boiling point 3287 ℃. Valence + 2, + 3 and + 4. The ionization energy is 6.82 ev. Titanium is characterized by low density, high mechanical strength and easy processing. The plasticity of titanium mainly depends on its purity. The more pure titanium is, the more plastic it is. It has good corrosion resistance and is not affected by the atmosphere and sea water. Under normal temperature, it will not be corroded by hydrochloric acid below 7%, sulfuric acid below 5%, nitric acid, aqua regia or dilute alkali solution; only hydrofluoric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, etc. can act on it.

Industrial pure titanium: industrial pure titanium has more impurities than chemical pure titanium, so its strength and hardness are slightly higher. Its mechanical and chemical properties are similar to those of stainless steel. Compared with titanium alloy pure titanium, it has better strength and better oxidation resistance than austenitic stainless steel, but its heat resistance is poor. The impurities in TA1, TA2 and TA3 increase in turn, and the mechanical strength and hardness increase in turn, but the plasticity is tough Sex decreased in turn.
