6-12mm Construction PLC Concrete Reinforcing Wire Mesh Welding Machine

Introduction of Concrete Reinforcing Wire Mesh Welding Machine:

1. Welding power

Welding pressure are provided by pneumatic pressure system, uniform pressure and stable performance.

2. Feeding and Welding System

Cross wire feeding: Firstly, the coil wires are straighten and cut into fixed length by straightening cutting machine, which become weft wire. Then worker put the weft wires into wire hopper. Wire hopper under the control of step motor, the weft wires falling automatically one by one.

3. Line wire feeding:

Line wires are the same to weft wires, firstly use straightening cutting machine to straighten and cut coil wire into fixed length. Then the line wires are sent by labor and fed automatically, when it welding and drawing, labors can prepare the wires, it increases the production efficiency.

4. Water cooling system

The Concrete Reinforcing Wire Mesh Welding Machine adopts water-cooling transformer and water-cooling lower electrodes to make sure the welding firm during a long working time, and prolong the service life.

5. Mesh pulling system

The Concrete Reinforcing Wire Mesh Welding Machine adopts servo motor to pull the mesh panel repeat to achieve more precision mesh aperture.

6.Controlling system

The Concrete Reinforcing Wire Mesh Welding Machine Control cabinet adopt PLC control system though touch screen operate system, you can change welding time, or electricity , mesh opening size by print numbers through touch screen.
