Wire mesh welding machine adopts electrical and electronic synchronous control technique. Controlled by PLC, welding time and sub-control are quite accurate. Two kinds of input methods, touch screen and keyboard, make operation more intelligentize and reasonable. The biggest advantage of this system is more than 30 different mesh sizes can appear on same sheet. New and high efficient welding transformer expands welding scope of wire diameter. Easy operation, high flexibility and output achieve a perfect welding machine.

Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:

1. Control system: Panasonic (Japan) PLC program and HMI. Input front-panel is Weinview touch screen, very easy to operate.

2. Holding wire platform: One pc holding wire platform.used for putting the line wire for materials. The platform distance can be adjusted

3. Cross wire feeding: Hopper device for cross wires, has more capacity and is controlled by step motor, it works automatic.

4. Slot tunnel for longitudinal wire: Slot tunnel device for line wires, can be adjusted for different wire diameters. the mesh aperture is very accurate.

5. Mesh pulling system: It is controlled by Panasonic (Japan) servo motor.Pulling position is accurate.

6. Welding electrode: Welding electrodes are made of pure red copper and chromised bronze, durable, can be used at least 3-6 months

7. Adjustment plug: Adjustment plug is used to adjust distance of welding spot and make different mesh opening.

8. Welding transformer: The wire mesh welding machine has 6 pcs welding transformers. Each welding transformer capacity is 160KVA. Which is enough capacity to weld 3-6mm steel wire.

9. Each welding transformer is controlled by seperate microcomputer. Once press with multiple welding. Over 30 different mesh sizes can appear on same sheet.
