Breed mesh welding adopts Japan Mitsubishi brand electronic synchronous control technique,welding time and sub-control welding are all composed of digital integrated circut,which has high control accuracy,stable performance,firm welding spots and without burned mark.The welding speed is fast and the operation is simple and easy to master.The weft matched with the accurate weft cutting device and accurate positioning device,ensures the weft at the same length and without being out.The mesh drawing system is controlled by servo motor which improved the precision of mesh opening size, meanwhile the line wire and the weft wire spacing are adjustable.

The cross wire feeding mode: pre-cut and falling automatically. The longitudinal wire feeding from coil wire accompany the wire straightening device. Save time and more covenient. The mesh pulling by servo moto and reducer, the mesh pulling way adopt the famous guide way and rack. It will make the mesh more accurate and the tolerance within ±2mm of the diagonal. The control system adopt PLC system, touch screen operation and it is more intelligent and rationalization.

Breed Mesh Welding Machine Features:

1.The birds cage wire mesh welding machine is used for wire diameter 2.5-4mm, it is an full automatic equipment that desiged and manufactured by ourselves. The materials of machine we use the best.

2.The birds cage wire mesh welding machine uses synchronous PLC control technique, we use Japan, Sony digital control system which can be input to touch screen control panel to adjust the mesh size, so it can weld different mesh size on the same mesh panel.

3. Welding System Cross wire feeding: Firstly, the coil wires are straighten and cut into fixed length by automatic straightening and cutting machine, which become cross wires. Then worker put the cross wires into wire hopper. The cross wire falling automatically and mesh size more accurate.

4. Longitudinal wire feeding: longitudinal wires is coil wires feeding. First the workers let the line wires through the wire straighten wheel, then arrive the welding hole, let the line wire hitch the mesh puller, press the start button, the wire mesh welding will beginning.

5.The mesh pulling system is controlled by step motor, which makes the pulling mesh aperture more standard and accurate.
