DX-GWC-2500 reinforcing steel bar mesh welding machine is a special equipment for steel welding mesh. The Reinforcing steel bar mesh welding machine makes use of the principle of multi-electrode resistance spot welding to weld the longitudinal and transverse bars of the steel bar into a firm mesh according to the set requirements. The reinforcing steel bar mesh welding machine can be used for cold rolled ribbed steel bar, cold rolled smooth steel bar or hot rolled ribbed steel bar. 1. The maximum mesh width can be 2.5m.

2. Multiple adjustment of longitudinal bar spacing of 100, 150, 200, 50 or more.

3. The welding transformer adopts the latest technology vacuum epoxy casting, which is different from the general welding transformer.

9. Automatic detection device of horizontal bars is adopted to ensure that every steel bar can be welded firmly and ensure product quality.

10. CNC pull mesh system adopts international advanced servo drive control mode.

11. Adopt Japanese famous brand full digital servo motor and servo controller, the spacing of transverse bars can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the size is accurate.
