Reverse Dutch weave wire mesh is another variant where the thicker wires are used in the weft direction and finer wires in the warp direction. This configuration results in a high flow rate and excellent mechanical stability, making it suitable for pressure filtration, vacuum filters, and liquid-solid separation.
Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is also called Hollander Weave Wire Mesh, It is usually made of mild steel wire and stainless steel wire. We can also produce dutch wire mesh using special alloys and other available materials to your specifications. Dutch weave wire mesh has different diameter in the weft and warp directions. Commonly the warp wire is coarser wire, which can supply the high tensile strength for the wire mesh. The weft wire is finer wire, which can ensure the excellent filtering performance. Reverse Dutch wire mesh is commonly used for fine filtration of liquid products and provides good flow rates and even openings.
