50 × 50MM Wire Mesh Welded Fence Free Sample Available
Anti-intruder fence is widely used in the airport, highway, railway, forest farm, factory and other places for security protection. It has chain link mesh and welded wire mesh types for choice. The top and bottom can be installed with the barbed wire or razor bared wire to prevent intruders from climbing into the areas.
The material of anti-intruder welded wire mesh is zinc coated steel wires, which conform to BS EN 10223-4. Both of the two materials can supply high corrosion and rust resistance performance for the welded anti-intruder fence. Additional, they can extend the service life of anti-intruder fence and save the maintenance cost.
The height of welded wire mesh is commonly 2.4 m if it is not buried and 2.7 m if it is buried. Sometimes, the plastic coated welded wire mesh will be separated into two pieces, the two panels will be overlapped horizontally by a minimum of two complete meshes.
The welded anti-intruder fence can be connected with different posts, including intermediate post and straining post. The intermediate post has different styles according to the crank type. The main types are inward cranked type, outward cranked type, straight type and double extension arm type.
There are four line wires evenly spaced on the welded wire mesh fence. The bottom wire is close to the ground and the top wire is not more than 50 mm below the top horizontal of the mesh for 50 mm meshes and not more than 75 mm below the 75 mm horizontal meshes. The line wire is 3 mm diameters and conform to BS EN 10223-6 or BS 4102 standard. Stirrup wire is used for securing line wires to intermediate post, which conform to BS 4102 standard with a 2.5 mm diameters. The tying wire is used for securing mesh to line wires, which conform to BS 4102 standard with a nominal 1.6 mm diameter.
Additional, the barbed wires are installed top or both top and bottom of the welded wire mesh to prevent intruders from entering the area and improve the safety factor. The barbed wire conform to BS EN 10223-6 standard.
