Square Welded Wire Mesh Zinc Coated / PVC Coated Galvanized Wire Mesh
Welded wire mesh typically has larger openings than woven wire mesh. With the wire strands welded at each intersection, welded wire mesh is more capable of maintaining its shape when stressed.
Square welded wire mesh is the commonly used welded wire mesh. Other hole types include rectangle type, special type and so on. In general, square welded wire mesh is made of galvanized steel wire, zinc-coated steel wire, low carbon steel wire, PVC coated welded wire mesh and vinyl coated steel wire.

Quality specifications:
Allowable wire diameter tolerance: ± 0.02 mm.
Allowable tolerance of size of opening: ± 0.50 mm.
Allowable tolerance of width of roll: ± 10 mm.
Low carbon heat-treated wire should be used for making wire mesh. Wire surface must be bright, without chaps, exfoliation, rolling marks and rust. The welded places must be fixedly welded.
The wire mesh should not have detached wires.
Weld should have breakout power no more than 49 N (5 kgF).
Each roll of wire mesh should have length within 100-200 running meters. Allowed:
Single spills in quantity no more than 1% from the total quantity of openings per 1 sq.m. (in non-concentrated area).
No more than one completely detached wire per 50 running meters.
