1. Desiption:

Viscose fiber belongs to regenerated cellulose fiber, which comes from a wide range of sources, and viscose fiber is widely used in all walks of life. The second generation of polyamide-amine (PAMAM) dendritic molecule has a high purification rate and excellent spatial structure. The molecule contains 8 primary amine groups and 12 amide groups, presenting a flat open structure. The distance between groups is relatively loose, and the molecules are easy to tangle. The modified viscose fibers were dyed salt-free with active dark blue K-R by using 2 generation PAMAM and viscose spinning stock in different proportions. This paper mainly carried out the following aspects of the study :(1) synthesis of PAMAM, using ethylenediamine as the initial initiating nucleus, and methyl acrylate alternate Michael addition reaction and amidation reaction, by comparing different time, temperature and feed ratio to determine the best reaction conditions.

Viscose fibers containing various flame retardants are used in high temperature and fire protection industries. Viscose fiber can also be made into hemostatic fiber after treatment, hollow viscose fiber can be used as artificial kidney for dialysis, and viscose filament containing barium is suitable for medical suture. In addition, the carbon fiber and graphite fiber produced by the treatment of viscose fiber have high strength and high modulus, and can be used as space technology ablative materials with epoxy resin composites. The ceramic fibers blended with viscose and sodium silicate can be used as reinforcement materials of high-temperature resistant phenolic resin for liquid rocket engines, jet engine nozzles and heat shields for space re-entry devices.
