Lenzing Viscose Yarn For Home Decoration Products
1. Desiption:
Viscose fiber can be divided into ordinary viscose fiber, high wet modulus viscose fiber, strong viscose fiber and modified viscose fiber. Strong viscose fiber, dry strength of more than 30.0CN/Tex filament called strong silk; More than 38.0cN/ Tex called super strong silk; More than 44.1cN/ Tex called two super strong silk; More than 48.5CN/Tex called three super strong silk;
More than 53.0cN/ Tex called four super strong silk. In high performance viscose fiber, the fiber with high elastic modulus in wet state is called Polinosic fiber, also known as high wet modulus fiber, and In China, it is called Fuqiang fiber, referred to as Fuxian fiber. The modified high wet modulus fiber is the fiber whose wet modulus is between the common fiber and the Polinosic fiber, but has higher collusive strength and less brittleness.

3. Function of the yarn:
Viscose fiber performance function. The advantages of viscose fiber are: good moisture absorption and dehumidification performance, good air permeability, good softness, comfortable wearing; Excellent dyeing performance; High stability to light, heat and chemical reagents; Can not afford the ball, is not easy to static, is not easy to stain, there is no cotton dust problems in cotton processing; Waste can be naturally degraded, in line with the environment and sustainable development. Viscose fiber also has some disadvantages, such as wet fastness is only half of dry fastness, low fatigue strength, no wear resistance, poor wrinkle resistance, high water swelling and poor dimensional stability, high water retention rate resulting in long drying time, low mildew and moth-proof ability. In short, viscose fiber and cotton fiber have the same chemical composition (cellulose), so their properties are much the same. The following table lists the main performance indicators of viscose fiber for reference only.
