Before manufacturing the machine,our engineers will have a discusstion about the drawings of the clients' required profiles to cofirm the best designing scheme for the roll forming machines,and will start to design the machine with the advanced designing software,such as COPPRA,AUTO CAD,INVENTOR etc. After this is finished we will arrange the processing of the materials that make of the machine,such as CNC milling,quenching treatment,heating treatment,and chromizing treatment etc.

After all the materials finished,the experienced technicians will be arranged to assemble the machine and test it before painting. Everything is ok,and the paint will be done; any problems, engineers will have another discussion until problems solved. After painting,the whole machine line will be tested once again and then the clients or their representative will be invited to visit our company to inspect another running test for the machine until everything is ok before shipment.
