Description

New Designing Large Scale Scrap Metal Hydraulic Baler for Recycling

Waste metal shear pressing baler mainly used in recovery processing industry and metal smelting industry, which can press all kinds of scrap metal, copper, steel, aluminium into cuboid and cylinder as for the furnace burden. It is convenient for preservation, shipping and recycling use, improve the speed of putting into the furnace, increase the efficiency, and lower the cost of shipping, manpower and smelt.

Metal baler Equipment introduction:
1. Both are hydraulically driven, work smoothly, safe and reliable;
2. Manual and PLC automatic control operation is optional;
3. There are four ways to discharge material: side-turning package, side-sweeping package, forward-sweeping package or no-outloading package;
4. The diesel engine can be used as a power source in places where there is no power source.No foundation bolts for installation.
5. Product specifications and types: metal balers have different specifications, to meet the different needs of customers at different levels

Waste Copper Metal Baling Machine Features:

1. Hydraulic drive,PLC or manual valve control are optional.
2. The high strength bushing is wear-resisting plate NM500.
3. Use cutting blades on both sides of the feeding box.
