High Efficient Copper Laminated Busbar For Rail Traffic

Production of copper busbar:

3. According to the position of the components and the selected direction, use hard wires or other materials to make the busbar template to obtain the most ideal bending form, and use the special punching and cutting material for the busbar processing machine according to its unfolded size, and draw the bending line.

4. The surface of the busbar should be smooth and smooth, and there should be no cracks, wrinkles, inclusions, deformation and distortion.

5. The bending type of the busbar should be bent according to the needs. There are three basic bending types as follows, the bending type and the minimum bending radius;
