It can also produce more complex shapes if matched with other stamping and forming processes.

Stretching: Using a platen device and using the force of a punch to pull some or all of the flat material into the cavity of a die to form it into a container with a bottom. The treatment that the sidewall of the container is parallel to the stretching direction is a simple stretching treatment, while the stretching treatment of conical (or conical) containers, hemispherical containers and parabolic containers also includes expansion treatment.

Re-stretching process: that is, for deep-drawn products that cannot be completed by one-time stretching process, it is necessary to stretch the formed product after the stretching process to increase the depth of the forming container.

Reverse drawing processing: The workpiece is reversely drawn in the previous process, the inner side of the workpiece becomes the outer side, and the outer diameter becomes smaller.

Thinning and drawing processing: Use a punch to extrude the formed container into a female cavity that is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the container, thereby reducing the outer diameter of the bottomed container and thinning the wall thickness, which not only removes wall thickness deviation , and can also make the surface of the container smooth.
