Manganese steel wear plates for ball mill with 5mm gap by special process
This wear plate is used for ball mills. It is the head plate in ball mill, and the material will get through the plate from the gap. Casting material is Mn13Cr2 or Mn18Cr2, but recently more and more customers have changed to alloy steels. The main difficulty for this plate is the 5mm gap, which is already over production limitation. If we do it by old process, some of gaps will gone. To over come this problem, we combine the lost foam casting process with shell molding process together, and we get good result.
We are also supplying different kind of manganese steel liner plate for our customers for different kind of crushers, we also produce liner plate by customers drawings or other requirement.
These hammers are used for all kinds of crushers such as cone crusher, jaw crusher, impact crusher and also millers, and these machine suitable for crushing medium hardness materials, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc., in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors.

We produce thse plates by different process: sodium silica sand process, lost foam process, vacuum process and shell molding process.
