The inner layer is a special hexagonal aluminum honeycomb, which is composed of aluminum alloy with hardness up to H19. As the core plate adhered to the sandwich structure, it is subjected to pressure in the tangent direction. These interconnected dense honeycomb, like many small I-beams, can be dispersed to bear the pressure from the direction of the panel, so that the panel can be uniform, to ensure that the panel can still maintain a high flatness in a large area.
